| if i don't forget it... 1 multivatimins1 vitamin C and...sticks of jute once in awhile... i always believe that vitamins are nothing without exercise...jog atleast 3x a week!

| Yeah, taking vitamins is a must. Hehe. Panlaban sa imbalanced diet. LOL. Sobrang takaw ko kase pero puro naman tuyot na pagkain ang tinitira ko. Isang dosenang toasted cheese hotdogs may ternong isang pitsel ng cold iced tea at condensed milk - ganyan ang madalas kong kainin. Pag minsan naman ginagawa kong juice ang half-cooked eggs. Minsan naman dalawang patatas at isang pwet ng manok at isang buong buko, ok na. Kaya ayun, importante ang vitamins. Kailangan ko ng pampakinis ng balat kasi parang may tigdas ako. LOL |

| di na ko pwede mg-vits e. masama na sa tiyan kong OA. lol! so kape everyday nalang. sabi kc sa article na nabasa ko one time, regular coffee drinking daw can help in the prevention and treatment of diseases such as Alzheimer's, diabetes, liver illness, skin cancer, Parkinsons's disease etc. so yea, im banking on my "good" health sa kape. hihihi
